1. Firearm Sales & Transfers
- Firearms and regulated items are non-refundable once transferred
- Background check fees, transfer fees, and compliance costs are non-refundable
- Failed background checks do not constitute grounds for a refund
2. Gunsmithing Services
- Diagnostic or labor fees are non-refundable once work begins
- Parts may be refundable only if unused and approved in writing
3. Training Courses
- Cancellations more than 2 days prior may receive a refund or credit
- No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable
- We reserve the right to reschedule classes if necessary
4. Digital Products
All digital content and downloads are non-refundable unless required by law.
5. Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and collection of applicable fees.
